This makes it so easy to decorate cakes and cupcakes. You just put icing inside the clear tube, and place the tip design that you would like to use on the end of the decorator. There is a handle you can hold on the side of the decorator, and a plunger that you press down to push the icing out of the decorator. Ease of Cleaning This is surprisingly easy to clean. I just take the pieces apart and put it in the dishwasher-on the top shelf. I never had a problem with this causing anything on the decorator to break, and it always gets it completely clean. Durability This seems to be very durable. I put it through the dishwasher, and I keep it stored in a drawer with other kitchen utencils. I never had a problem with anything breaking on the decorator.
